Exodus Given Green Light
Rebublic Bank Exodus was given the green light by Justice Kevin Ramcharan yesterday, 22 February to change their tune of choice for Panorama Finals from Rag Storm to Savannah Grass.
They first announced it earlier this week, Monday 18 Feb, that they were changing their tune from Rag Storm to Savannah Grass.
Persons supporting the band breathed a sigh of relief that they were changing their tune, hoping that they would place higher than their ninth place finish at Semis on Sunday 17th Feb.
Pan Trinbago announced after an emergency meeting on Tuesday afternoon that they would not be allowed to change their tune.
Republic Bank Exodus sent a pre-action protocol letter that very afternoon to Pan Trinbago indicating that they would let a judge decide.
As indicated previously the case was heard Friday afternoon where it was ruled that Republic Bank Exodus can change their tune of choice. They will be performing at position number 7.
The arranger, Pelham Goddard, has been feverishly working with the band to complete the tune.
On to the Finals!
