Chutney Soca Monarch 2018 Back On
Eh it really is Chutney Bacchanal!
So we reported yesterday that Chutney Soca Monarch was cancelled due to reduced funding.
Then lo and behold Colm Imbert, the Minister of Finance indicated that an error was made.
So Southex, the organizer of South Ex has indicated that Chutney Soca Monarch is back on. They will scale back the event however it will take place.
