Machel Montano wins the International Soca Monarch and Kerwin Dubois wins Groovy Soca Monarch last night.

Competing against fierce competition from Mr. Killa, Destra and Iwer George, Machel was able to beat them into three way tie for second place. Machel won with his song “Ministry of Road”.

Kerwin Dubois was the runaway winner in the Groovy Category with his hit “Too Real”.
